1. Introduction

Welcome to Ruqola! By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This includes any rules, guidelines, policies, and terms that apply to specific services, like Customer Reviews. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

If you use our site, it means you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please make sure to read through everything carefully before proceeding. In some cases, you may need to enter into a separate agreement with Ruqola for a specific service. If there are any conflicts or inconsistencies between this agreement and a separate agreement, the separate agreement will take precedence for that specific service.

2. Providing information and use Ruqola

​​By using the site Ruqola, you promise that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You're also responsible for keeping your password a secret and for anything that happens on your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without your permission, let Ruqola know right away. Ruqola reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account for any reason. We may also make changes to, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue Ruqola, or any part of the site, at any time without warning. Ruqola or its affiliates won't be held responsible for any content on the site that you find offensive, inappropriate, or disagreeable. Some products are labeled with age restrictions and may only be suitable for mature audiences. By ordering an age-restricted item, you're promising that you meet the age requirements.

We sell products that are intended for kids, but they're meant to be purchased by adults. If you're under the legal age to make decisions in your jurisdiction, you can only use Ruqola with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You're not allowed to:

  • Violate or try to violate the security of the site Ruqola;

  • Use any device, software, or method to interfere with or try to interfere with the proper functioning of the site Ruqola;

  • Use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (except the search mechanisms provided by Ruqola or other third-party web browsers) to navigate or search the site Ruqola.

3. Third-Party Sites

Ruqola is a website where you can share comments, feedback, suggestions, questions, reviews, and other content with others. When you submit content, you need to make sure that you are the only one who wrote it and that you own it. You also need to be at least 18 years old or, if you're under 18, at least 13 years old and have permission from a parent or guardian to submit content. You also need to promise that your content won't break any rules or cause any harm.

A. Permission to use submitted content

By submitting content, you automatically give Ruqola permission to use it however they want, forever, all around the world, and they can give permission to others to use it too. You can't submit content you don't want Ruqola to have permission to use. Ruqola doesn't have to keep your content a secret, pay you for it, or even respond to it. Ruqola can also use your name with your content.

B. Forbidden content

There are some types of content that you can't submit to Ruqola. This includes content that is false, misleading, or includes your full name or other identifying information. You also can't submit content that breaks the law or takes someone else's rights (like copyright or trademark). You can't submit content that is rude, mean, threatening, or illegal. You also can't post ads or spam or send chain letters or pyramid schemes. You can't pretend to be someone else or a business, and you can't include viruses or harmful code in your content. You also can't be mean or hurtful to people based on things like their religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability. And you can't submit content if you were paid for it by someone else unless you have written permission from Ruqola. Finally, you can't submit content that goes against Ruqola's rules or bothers other people using the website.

Even though Ruqola can't check all content, they reserve the right to remove or edit any content that doesn't follow the rules. They can also refuse to post it for any reason. But you are still responsible for the content you submit and you have to agree to protect Ruqola and its affiliates from any problems caused by your content.

4. Accurate billing information

We need you to give us accurate and honest billing information. If you give us false or inaccurate information, that's a breach of this agreement and we might have to cancel your order. We might also ask for more information from you before we accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, like if we're out of stock or there's a mistake in the product or pricing information. If we cancel your order after we've charged your credit card or payment account, we'll issue a credit for the amount you were charged. If we cancel all or part of your order or need more information from you, we'll contact you. Sometimes we might do a pre-authorization on your credit or debit card for online orders. This isn't a charge, but your card issuer might hold the amount for a little while. We do this to make sure your card is valid and you have enough money to complete the transaction. By confirming your purchase at the end of checkout, you're agreeing to pay for the item(s). Make sure to also read about our payment methods.

5. Confirmation of prices

Ruqola can't confirm prices until after you place your order. Sometimes prices on the Ruqola website or through Ruqola retailers might be incorrect. If that happens, Ruqola reserves the right to cancel your order and won't be responsible for it, even if you've already gotten a confirmation or shipping notice. Ruqola may also reach out to you for instructions or just cancel the order and let you know. Prices for products on the Ruqola website or on Ruqola mobile apps may be different, but the final price will be confirmed at checkout for mobile users.

6. Promotions with discounts

Promotions with discounts are only available for a certain time and could end without notice.

7. Processing and shipping

Ruqola will try to process and ship your order as soon as possible, but it will take no more than 25 business days unless something else has been arranged. If there's a delay or if we can't fulfill your order completely or at all, we'll let you know within 25 business days of placing the order. In that case, you can cancel the order without penalty and ask for compensation. These terms might be different in the case of force majeure.

When we receive an order, we try to process it as fast as we can through our automatic system to minimize the time it takes to order and ship. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there might be delays in transit that we can't prevent. To make sure you have enough time for your package to arrive, all our customers have 3 months after the official delivery time to let us know if the order hasn't arrived yet. Once that period is over, it's no longer possible to track the package's destination, so it's important to let us know as soon as possible. After that time has passed, we won't be able to issue a refund or resend the order.

8. Returns and Warranty

Private customers can return our products within 100 days of receiving them. If a product is delivered in multiple shipments or parts, the 100 days starts on the day the consumer or a third party they designated receives the last shipment. This return policy doesn't apply to deliveries to companies. When we receive the returned product in perfect condition and original packaging, we'll refund the full purchase price by wire transfer within 14 days.

Whether or not we cover return shipping costs depends on the country.

If a customer receives the wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, they should fill out a return form through the customer service portal and include photos of the product. We offer a one-year warranty on all our products. To process a warranty claim, send us an email at [email protected] with the reason for the claim, the order number, the waybill, and photos of the damaged or incorrect products.

9. Available information on Ruqola

People, including Ruqola and our customers, post a bunch of different things on the Ruqola website, like information about products, descriptions, reviews, comments, and in-store info (we'll call all of this "Materials"). These Materials are just for educational and informational purposes and are only up on the site for 7 days after the "Procedure for returning your order" is published. We try our best to make sure the information is correct, but sometimes mistakes happen. Before you use any of the information from the Ruqola site, double check the facts to make sure they're accurate. Ruqola and the people who provide information for the site can't guarantee that the information is reliable, accurate, timely, useful, or complete and aren't responsible for the performance of products or services advertised on the site or linked to from the site. The product information on the Ruqola site might be different from information on the product packaging because of updates from the manufacturer. If you find that a product isn't described correctly, your only option is to return it in its original, unused condition (as long as it's not a product that isn't eligible for return).

Ruqola, its affiliates, and agents aren't responsible for any consequences that come from you using the materials on any of the Ruqola site.

10. Customs and export laws

You should know that some of the products sold on the Ruqola site might be subject to customs and export control laws in Singapore, and could also be subject to the customs and export laws of the country where the products are made and/or received. By buying or using products from the Ruqola site, you agree to follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations from the above-mentioned authorities.

All orders will be shipped from warehouses in China and the price of the products includes export charges. When you order from Ruqola, you'll also have to pay for shipping. You're responsible for importing the delivered goods and will have to pay for any import taxes, charges, and VAT when you buy products from Ruqola.

11. Intellectual Property

All the intellectual property (including logos, designs, text, etc.) on the Ruqola website is owned by Ruqola or its affiliates, or by third parties who have licensed their materials to Ruqola. These materials are protected by copyright laws in Singapore and other countries. You're allowed to access and view the materials on the website for personal, non-commercial use only, as long as you don't modify or distribute them in any way. You're not allowed to use the materials for any other purpose, including reproduction, modification, or distribution, or to make them available to third parties in a commercial manner. The software used on the website is also the property of Ruqola or its suppliers, and is protected by copyright laws.

The Ruqola logos and other graphics, as well as the page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names on the website, are trademarks or trade dress of Ruqola in Singapore, China and other countries. All other marks are the property of their respective companies.

12. Colors

We've tried our best to accurately display the colors of the products on the website, but we can't guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will be exactly the same as the actual product colors.

13. Privacy Policy

At Ruqola, we care about your privacy and only collect your name, postal address, and phone number when you make a purchase. We don't collect credit card information or see your credit card numbers at any point during the purchasing process. This information is used to process your order and we may contact you by phone, email, or postal mail if we have questions about your order or purchase. We also may send you emails or mail about our products and promotions.

We will never sell your information to third parties, but in the unlikely event of a sale of our business, we may disclose your information to a purchaser who agrees to follow this privacy policy.

Visiting from the European Union?

If you're from the European Union, you have certain rights regarding your personal information, like the ability to request access, rectification, or erasure. You can change your information by logging into your account or contacting us through the customer service portal.

Promotional emails

If you don't want to receive promotional emails from us, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe or contact us through the customer service portal.

Protecting the privacy of children under the age of 13

We also want to protect the privacy of children, so we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

16. Termination

This agreement stays in effect unless one of us (you or Ruqola) decides to end it. You can end it whenever you want by stopping your use of the Ruqola site. Ruqola can also end this agreement at any time, without warning, if they feel like you're not following the terms of the agreement. If the agreement ends, you need to get rid of any materials you downloaded from the Ruqola site and any copies of those materials. 17. Disclaimer

This website (Ruqola) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't make any guarantees or warranties about the website or the information, content, materials, or products on it. We can't promise that anything on the website will work perfectly or be completely accurate. We also can't guarantee that any products you buy from the website will work properly. By using the website, you're acknowledging that you're using it at your own risk. We're not responsible for anything that goes wrong. This disclaimer also doesn't apply to any warranties offered by the manufacturer of the products.

18. Limitations of liability

Ruqola and its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, or suppliers can't be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages that might occur as a result of using or not being able to use the Ruqola sites. This includes things like lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and computer failure. Ruqola won't be liable for any damages that exceed the fees you've paid to use the Ruqola sites in the six months before the problem arose.

19. General and Force Majeure

This agreement is the final say on everything and replaces any previous agreements or understandings. The headings in the agreement are just for reference and in no way limit the scope of the sections. If any part of the agreement is found to be invalid, it will be changed only as much as needed to make it valid and the rest of the agreement will still be in effect. If Ruqola doesn't do anything about a breach of the agreement by you or someone else, it doesn't mean that they can't take action later on. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Singapore and any legal disputes will be heard in the high courts of Singapore. You agree to this jurisdiction. However, this doesn't take away any rights that consumers in the European Union have under the laws of their country of residence.

19.1 Situation beyond their control (FORCE MAJEURE)

If either party can't fulfill their obligations under this agreement because of a situation that's beyond their control, like a natural disaster or strike, they won't be held responsible.

A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond a party's reasonable control, which by its nature could not have been foreseen, or, if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving its own workforce or a third party's), failure of energy sources or transport network, acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, national or international calamity, armed conflict, malicious damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom, explosions, collapse of building structures, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemics or similar events, natural disasters or extreme adverse weather conditions, or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

20. Making a claim of copyright infringement

At Ruqola, we respect the intellectual property of others. If you think that your work has been copied and is being used on our site in a way that violates your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] to report it.

Please note that if you're importing products from us and you know or suspect that they might be copies of products with valid intellectual property or design rights in the country of import, you'll be personally responsible for any issues that might arise.
